1- Can you tell our readers about your background?
I’m a Holistic Career Coach, helping women get aligned in their lives and career.
2- What inspired you to start your business?
For years I felt out of alignment in my career as a Recruiter. To be honest, I was struggling in life overall. I knew I needed to make a change and I wanted to provide more value. So I started to dive deep into my own healing journey and uncovered the limiting beliefs that were standing in my way. As I gained more clarity around my goals and purpose. I knew I was put on this earth to help other women do the same.
3- Where is your business based?
Minnesota, United States
4- How did you start your business?
The first step I took was working on my belief that it was possible to create and run my own business. From there I got clear on what problems I could solve.
5- What has been the most effective way of raising awareness for your business?
Networking and providing free content through my podcast and social media platforms.
6- What have been your biggest challenges and how did you overcome them?
My biggest challenge was charging for my services. I was able to overcome this challenge by falling in love with my coaching program.
I believed in the results that I could get for my clients. I stopped overthinking and focused my energy on the transformation my client would receive by investing in THEMSELVES.
7- What personal sacrifices have you made throughout your career?
I’ve sacrificed staying in my comfort zone in order to step into my dream career.
8- How do you stay focused?
By setting measurable goals that are aligned with my purpose.
9- How do you differentiate your business from the competition?
No one has lived my life but I and I use that to my advantage. By bringing my unique story, experiences and strengths to the table. I’m automatically different from any “competition” out there. I stay in my own lane and I teach my clients to do the same.
When you focus on your path, you don’t need to differentiate your business from the competition. It already is!
10- What has been your most effective marketing strategy to grow your business?
My podcast, InTune-Living.
11- What’s your best piece of advice for aspiring and new entrepreneurs?
There is someone waiting for you to show up and offer your business or services. You bring so much to the table!

Therapy, prayer, journaling, and helping someone else.

15- What’s your favourite business tool or resource?
Audible books!! As a new mom, this has been a go-to resource.
16- Could you name a woman who’s inspired you the most?
The woman who inspires me the most is my mother. Growing up she always put everyone before herself and worked so hard to give us a better life. She is the most selfless person I know. My mother taught me at a young age the importance of serving others. Makes sense why I grew up to become a Career coach!
