  11. Cancellation: In the event that the client fails to adhere to the details outlined in the service contract, the web designer reserves the right to cancel the project. In such cases, the web designer retains the right to keep any payments made by the client up to the point of cancellation. This includes any deposits, installments, or full payments made towards the project.Cancellation may occur if:
    1. The client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or feedback within the specified timeline as outlined in the contract.
    2. The client breaches any terms or conditions of the service contract.
    3. The client fails to make timely payments as agreed upon in the contract.
    4. The client engages in behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise detrimental to the working relationship.
