License and Usage Rights:

The purchased template allows for multiple uses on websites. Redistribution, resale, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited.

Support and Updates:

Support provided includes assistance with the import of the template and minor adjustments. Technical assistance or extensive customization help is not covered. Updates to the template can be provided if the client books a half or full day of website updates plan.

Warranty Disclaimer:

The template is provided “as is” without any warranties unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or cancellations are offered once the purchase is made, regardless of whether the template meets the buyer’s expectations or for any other reason.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All elements within the template, including design, code, stock photos, fonts, etc., remain the property of the original creators. Clients purchase a license to use the template, not ownership rights. The template may contain free stock photos and Google fonts. Any issues arising from third-party ownership are not the responsibility of Social Influence.

Limitation of Liability:

Social Influence holds no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the template. This includes but is not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modification and Updates:

Clients will not automatically receive updates or new versions of the template after purchase. The user may use Social Influence’s Elementor Pro license while importing the templates, but it is the client’s responsibility to obtain their own license.

Usage Restrictions:

There are no specific usage restrictions imposed as it’s a one-time sale. The client has the freedom to utilize the template according to their needs.
